Anthony Higgins has extensive experience in IT support roles, beginning with a position as Desktop Support Analyst at London Borough of Hackney from 2007 to 2010. Following this, Anthony served as IT Support Analyst at HSBC, transitioning to 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst and Project Engineer Windows 7, where responsibilities included remote and face-to-face support, as well as application testing for Windows 7 readiness. After a stint at Standard Bank Group as a Windows 7 End User Support Consultant, Anthony worked as Senior Support Analyst at Smith & Williamson. Currently, since February 2018, Anthony has been a Service Desk Analyst at Ofgem, focused on resolving faults and information requests efficiently.
