Bruce Mackenzie

Bruce Mackenzie is an experienced Quality, Risk, and Assurance Lead with over 17 years of management experience. Currently serving as a Senior Business Risk and Assurance Manager at Ofgem, Bruce has previously held roles in various companies, including Quality and Risk Officer at RSM UK and Risk Assurance and Quality Operations Manager at OVO, where they became a finalist for the Quality Manager of the Year in the 2020 National Contact Centre Awards. Bruce is known for leading the successful implementation of ISO 9001:2015 certification with zero non-conformities and for delivering significant process improvements, including efficiency savings exceeding £450k. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
