Callum Ryan

Callum Ryan is a Policy Manager in the ‘Policy & Strategy - Regulatory Policy Development’ team at Ofgem U.K., where they focus on regulatory policy within the ESMS Directorate. They have previous experience as a researcher at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, contributing to the Oxford Covid-19 Government Response Tracker. In a 2024 internship with the OECD, they co-authored chapters advocating for sustainable development reforms and regional climate resilience. Callum holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po, specializing in Energy, Environment, and Sustainability, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
