Catherine Clark

Catherine Clark currently serves as the Head of Policy for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and Green Gas Support Scheme at Ofgem. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, where they led the methodology behind Energy Performance Certificates and served as a Senior Policy Adviser on various topics. Catherine also contributed to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, focusing on the Building Safety Programme. In addition, they provided maternity cover as Head of Energy Storage & Flexibility Innovation at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, managing significant projects in energy storage and flexibility.
