Cheral Govind has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at Royal Bolton Hospital, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of laboratory operations within the NHS. In 2012, while pursuing their undergraduate degree, they worked as an Alumni Caller at the University of Leeds. In this role, they honed their interpersonal skills and helped raise donations for scholarships and bursaries. From 2014 to 2022, Cheral worked as a Researcher at the University of Strathclyde, contributing to various research projects. Since 2017, they have been with Ofgem, starting as an Assistant Operations Manager and later transitioning to the role of Junior Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Data and Reporting Manager at Ofgem.
Cheral Govind's education history consists of three main academic achievements. Cheral first completed their Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences at the University of Leeds from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, which they completed in the year 2014. Later, Cheral Govind pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde from 2014 to 2022.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Cheral Govind also obtained a certification in British Sign Language Level 1 in July 2010, although the institution that provided this certification is unknown.
