David Tooby

David Tooby is a Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem since January 2023. Prior to this role, David worked as a PHD Researcher at the University of Edinburgh, where David analysed voting records, debates, and conducted interviews at international conservation forums. David also worked as a Chemical Technician at Microsearch Laboratories. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Natural Resources/Conservation, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology with Ecology and Environmental Biology, and a Master of Science (MS) in Wildlife and Wildlands Science and Management. David completed their A levels in Biology, Maths, Physics, and Law at Huddersfield New College.
