Donna Leith

Donna Leith has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna started their career as a Service Support Manager at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in April 2011, where they provided operational and strategic management support to the service. Donna'sresponsibilities included managing waiting lists and clinic capacity to meet waiting time targets. Donna then became the Administration Manager in April 2013, where they oversaw the planning and delivery of administration services, implemented quality assurance standards, and produced performance reports. Donna joined Healthcare Improvement Scotland in January 2017 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they directed and led the business operations of the Scottish Medicines Consortium, ensuring delivery against the organization's objectives. Donna maintained this position until October 2022. Currently, Donna Leith is working as the Head of Operations - Assessments at Ofgem, starting in October 2022.

Donna Leith has a comprehensive education history that includes a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Public Policy from The University of Glasgow, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Strathclyde, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours (B.A. Hons) degree in Politics from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Donna Leith also holds a certification as a Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute), which they obtained in May 2022.
