Donna Sparks

Donna Sparks has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Donna is currently serving as the Lead Operations Manager at Ofgem since August 2023. Prior to this, Donna worked at the Serious Fraud Office (UK) where they held various positions such as Product Manager, Deputy Head of Digital Forensics & Evidence Management Handling Office, Head of Private Office and Governance, Head of Digital Forensics and Evidence Handling Office, Deputy Head of EHMO and Digital Forensic Unit, and Assistant Departmental Record Officer. Additionally, Donna served as the Divisional Business Manager at HM Revenue & Customs and the Crown Prosecution Service, where they also held roles as Recruitment & People Manager and Finance Officer. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, project management, digital forensics, record management, and finance.
