Els de Mets

Els De Mets has worked in various roles within the energy industry. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Regulatory Manager at Teccura, where they monitored regulatory developments, produced industry profiles, and liaised with UK regulators. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Regulatory Manager at British Gas, focusing on redress, customer service, prepayment, affordability, and vulnerability.
