Emanuele B. is currently the Principal Programme Lead on the RIIO-3 programme at Ofgem, where they have developed a new governance model and led stakeholder engagement. With extensive experience in delivering major Government programmes, Emanuele has successfully overseen multiple projects across various departments, including the Department for Transport and the Department for Education. They have a strong background in securing multi-million investments and influencing high-level decision-making while fostering team empowerment and development. Emanuele holds a Master's in Business Administration from Cranfield University and a Master's in International and Public Communication from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
