Fiona Parker

Fiona Parker currently serves as Deputy Director and Principal Legal Adviser at Ofgem, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Fiona held the role of Senior Solicitor at Shepherd+ Wedderburn LLP from October 2003 to January 2020, where expertise included advising public and private sector clients on regulatory, competition, and government law. Notable projects included participation in the Open Water Project and advising the Single Electricity Market Committee on wholesale electricity markets. Fiona's experience also includes secondments at Scottish Power Energy Networks and National Australia Bank, as well as a stint as a Legal Consultant at Kadale Consultants Limited in Malawi, where specialized input was provided on judiciary strategic planning. Fiona Parker holds an LLB in Law from the University of Glasgow, earned between 1998 and 2003.
