Graham Mather

Graham Mather CBE is the President of the European Policy Forum, The Infrastructure Forum, and The Regulation Forum, roles they have held since 1992. They served as a Non Executive Board Member at Ofcom from 2014 to 2023 and currently hold the same position at Ofgem. Mather was a Member of the European Parliament from 1994 to 1999, and served on the Competition Appeal Tribunal from 2000 to 2012. Additionally, they have been a Trustee for the Berkshire Historic Churches Trust since 2017 and were the Chairman of the World Free Zone Convention until 2020. Mather earned an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and has held various leadership roles in policy institutions throughout their career.
