Hannes Titeca is a Senior Analyst at Ofgem since March 2024 and previously served as a Research Manager at Kantar Public from August 2023 to November 2023. From September 2016 to July 2023, Hannes was a Lecturer in Economics and a PhD Researcher at the University of Exeter, focusing on prosocial behaviors influenced by psychological factors and teaching undergraduate courses in Microeconomics and Behavioral Insights. Hannes also completed a PhD secondment with the UK Civil Service in 2019, applying research skills to fraud prevention within the Department for Work and Pensions.
