Henna Mistry

Henna Mistry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Henna is currently working as a Delivery Manager at Ofgem since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Shift Manager Delivery Operations at Amazon Logistics from September 2019 to October 2022.

In 2017, Henna worked at Watford Community Housing as a Graduate Business Trainee. During their time there, they achieved GDPR compliance by leading on key Data Protection objectives. Henna created a data asset register, tracked work performance using Microsoft Excel, and presented high-risk data processing categories to stakeholders. Henna also streamlined tasks and workflows, built strong relationships with stakeholders, and provided thorough documentation for projects.

Before that, Henna worked as a Process and Technology Analyst in Business Operations Deliver at Unilever from July 2015 to August 2016. Henna managed budgets for a European Warehousing project and presented weekly budget reviews to stakeholders.

Henna's experience also includes a role as a Co-Project Manager for the Water for Vietnam Project at Enactus from April 2015 to March 2016. Henna managed the communication team, developed communication strategies, and formed partnerships with charities for project sponsorships.

Henna started their career as a Sales Assistant at Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd in June 2014, where they gained organizational and problem-solving skills. Henna handled customer queries and managed tills during the intense summer sales period.

Henna also worked as a Project Coordinator at Partnership Services, the Business Service Centre of the John Lewis Partnership, in July and August 2012. Henna researched cost-efficient procurement items, analyzed financial data in Excel for consumer trends, and contributed to the Chronicle magazine with an article showcasing opportunities at John Lewis Partnership services.
