Henry Kemp is an accomplished professional with a background in engineering and extensive experience in low carbon and environmental policy. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Advisor for the Low Carbon RAB team at Ofgem since January 2021, Henry previously held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at the Office for Nuclear Regulation from October 2019 to December 2020, focusing on CNSS, International Policy, and Better Regulation.
