James Frame

Head of Audit

James Frame is currently the Head of Audit at Ofgem, overseeing the audit program for the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive, a critical initiative in the UK's transition to Net Zero. Previously, James spent 12 years at Douglas Park BMW, starting as an Apprentice Technician and advancing to Warranty Administrator. After leaving Douglas Park in 2014, James became a Warranty Development Consultant and Auditor at MSX International, where responsibilities grew to include conducting global warranty audits for BMW retailers and importers. James holds a Level 3 NVQ in light motor vehicle maintenance and repair, awarded by the BMW Centre for Development.
