Jignasa Pandya has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Jignasa began their career as a Supervisor at Renfrew Sub Post Office in 2011, where they were responsible for providing quality customer service, training team members, and ensuring compliance. Jignasa held this position until 2016.

In 2016, Jignasa joined Post Office Ltd as a Customer Service Consultant. Jignasa continued to deliver excellent customer service until 2019.
