Jonathan Balls

Jonathan Balls currently serves as the Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem, focusing on Energy Security of Supply. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Research Associate and Project Manager at Newnham College, University of Cambridge, where their responsibilities included developing a research agenda on India's energy and climate international partnerships. Additionally, Jonathan worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Melbourne and as a Researcher at The Regulatory Assistance Project. Jonathan also has experience in marketing, social media management, and fact-checking roles. Jonathan holds a DPhil in Geography from the University of Oxford, as well as a Master of Science and a BA (Hons) in Geography from other prestigious institutions.
