Jonathan Bowes

Jonathan Bowes has a diverse work experience in various roles related to policy management, consulting, research, and course coordination. Jonathan currently works as a Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at BVG Associates from January 2022 to April 2023. From January 2020 to January 2022, Jonathan worked as a Researcher at the University of Strathclyde. Before that, they were a Researcher Phd Candidate at the same university from October 2015 to December 2019. Jonathan also worked as a Course Coordinator for Renewable Energies for Sustainable Development at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) from April 2020 to December 2021.

Jonathan Bowes completed their education in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. From 2010 to 2015, they attended the University of Bristol and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree. Following this, from 2015 to 2021, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Strathclyde.
