Jonathan Curtiss

Jonathan Curtiss currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Director of Estates at Ofgem since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various senior positions at the Bank of England from October 2008 to November 2023, including Executive Director of Shared Services, where a centralized function of 375 employees was established across multiple operational areas. As Chief People Officer at the Bank, Jonathan led initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity. Additional roles included oversight of significant technology and property projects, strategic changes in employee compensation, and the transformation of HR operations to a strategic function during a period of growth. Earlier career experiences at the Bank included management in technology services and market operations, as well as a secondment to the Financial Conduct Authority, focusing on IT service strategy and supplier evaluation.
