Lesley Halliday (nee Gray) is a qualified lawyer and regulatory specialist with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector. They served as Head of Markets Regulation at SSE, managing relationships with regulators and advising senior management on regulatory risks. After a career break in 2022, Lesley served on various panels, including the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel and the Independent Customer Group for Scottish Water.
