Lucy M.

Lucy M. is currently the Deputy Director and Head of Ofgem’s Delivery Unit, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Lucy served as the Electric Safety Policy Division Program Manager at the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety from March 2022 to December 2023, and as the Safety Policy Supervisor at the California Public Utilities Commission from October 2021 to March 2022. Lucy's earlier roles include Acting Program Manager of the Safety Policy Division, Acting Program Manager of the Wildfire Safety Division, and Policy Advisor on distributed energy resources at the California Public Utilities Commission. Additionally, Lucy has experience as Assistant Director at the Cabinet Office, Deputy Head of the Renewable Delivery Team at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, Associate Head of Sustainability and Renewable Energy at Savills incorporating Smiths Gore, and Senior Sustainability/Environmental Consultant at Arup. Lucy holds a Master's degree in Environmental Change and Management and an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Oxford.
