Mark Carolan is currently employed at Ofgem as a Senior Manager in Wholesale Markets. Prior to this, Mark worked at Shell as a Production Technologist and at Emissions Analytics as an Assistant Technician. Mark also has experience as an Intern Reservoir Engineer at Nexen Inc. Mark studied at the University of Oxford and holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Science.
