Matthew Cowlard

Matthew Cowlard is currently working as a Cyber Team Leader at Ofgem since July 2021. Prior to this, Matthew worked at the UK Civil Service for over a decade, holding various roles including Civil Servant. Matthew also holds the titles of Cyber Security Policy Principal and Cyber Policy Lead at Ofgem.
