Mo Rahee

Head Of Cross Border Markets at Ofgem

Mo Rahee has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting from 2006, they worked at MTV Networks/Logo in the Business and Legal Affairs department until 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Bloomberg LP. From 2009 to 2015, they held various policy roles and worked as an Analyst Infrastructure Finance Specialist at HM Treasury. In 2015, they joined the Bank of England's Emergency Liquidity Scheme - Financial Stability Banking Operations team until 2016. Following that, they worked at RICS as an Infrastructure Policy Manager from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Head of Global Country/Sovereign Risk at UK Export Finance. Currently, Mo Rahee holds the position of Head of Cross Border Markets at Ofgem since 2023.

Mo Rahee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Politics from the University of London, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Mo then pursued further education at UCL, earning a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate, Commercial, and Financial Law from 2005 to 2007.
