Nicholas Baré

Nicholas Baré has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicholas began their career as a Corporate Business Adviser for the Ministry for the Environment from an unspecified start date until 2003. Nicholas then worked as a Business Planning Executive at VisitBritain from September 2005 to April 2009. Afterward, they served as a Business Support Manager at the Office of Fair Trading from April to September 2010. Subsequently, Nicholas held the position of Corporate Manager and Company Secretary at Design Council from September 2010 to September 2011. Nicholas then worked at the Legal Services Board, first as a Business Planning Associate from September 2011 to March 2012, and later as a Regulatory Associate from April 2012 to September 2016. From October 2016 to November 2017, they held the role of Head of Corporate Policy & Strategy at the Human Tissue Authority. Currently, Nicholas is a Senior Performance & Portfolio Reporting Manager at Ofgem, starting from September 2018.

Nicholas Baré attended Palmerston North Boys' High School from 1992 to 1996. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy at Victoria University of Wellington, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
