Nicky Jackson

Nicky Jackson is currently the Customer and Behavioural Insight Lead at Ofgem. Previously, they held significant roles including Senior Insight Manager at HM Revenue & Customs, Head of IE in strategic communications at the UK Home Office, and Senior Insight Manager at the Health and Safety Executive. Nicky's experience also includes working as a Speech and Language Therapist at Surrey County Council and West London Speech and Language Therapy Limited. They earned a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Reading and a BSc in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
