Paul Wheeler

Paul Wheeler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career at Reading University Students' Union as Vice President Communications, serving as a student representative. In 2004, they joined EDF Energy as a Power Settlements Analyst, responsible for processing settlements and maintaining payment arrangements. Paul was later promoted to Senior Power Settlements Analyst, where they provided training and mentoring to staff and acted as a critical point of contact. In 2018, Paul transitioned to the role of Settlements & Business Support Analyst, leading the transition of settlement processes for EDF Energy's generation activities. In 2020, they joined ELEXON as a Senior Change Analyst. Currently, Paul is working as a Policy Manager at Ofgem, contributing to policy development in the energy sector.

Paul Wheeler attended the University of Reading from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Business Administration.
