Raphaela Muruka

Raphaela Muruka is a dedicated Policy Manager with a focus on renewable electricity and green hydrogen. Currently, they work as a Senior Policy Advisor at OFGEM, engaging stakeholders and developing policies for the Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGO) scheme to support net-zero initiatives. They have previously served as a Legal Officer at the Kenya Revenue Authority, where they managed litigation and stakeholder engagement to enhance tax collection processes. Raphaela holds a Master's in International Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
