Shai H has an extensive background in the energy sector, with experience ranging from economic advising to senior management roles. They have worked at various prestigious organizations such as Ofgem, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and the International Energy Agency. Their educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Currently, Shai H holds the position of Head of Wholesale Market Reform at Ofgem.
