Silvester Aina

Silvester Aina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Ofgem since April 2017. In this role, Silvester manages Agile delivery processes, overseeing project performance in terms of features, cost, and quality, while also leading the financial management and stakeholder engagement efforts. Silvester co-chairs Ofgem's Ethnic Network, EMBRACE, and plays a key role in the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous positions held at Ofgem include Programme Manager and Compliance Manager. Silvester’s career also spans roles in assurance, governance, and audit delivery at the Department for Communities & Local Government and project management at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Silvester holds a degree from the University of Greenwich, earned between 1990 and 1994.
