Stefan M.

Stefan M. has a diverse work experience starting with their current position as a Policy Manager at Ofgem since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Programme Manager at Ofgem from September 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Ofgem, Stefan worked as an Assistant Manager - Data and Operations at Ofgem from July 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, in 2019, they worked as an Energy Development Officer at Ettrick and Yarrow Community Development Company, CES, and SPEN (Consortium Project), where they gained skills in communication, data analysis, project coordination, and promotion. From 2018 to 2019, Stefan worked as a Renewable Energy Consultant at Your Energy Source, where they developed skills in customer service, multitasking, financial understanding, and project approval. In 2016, they briefly worked as an Energy Administrator at The Greenspan Agency. Stefan began their career in 2012 as a Grocery Assistant at Morrisons.

Stefan M. began their education in 2005 at Lanark Grammar School, where they completed their high school education in 2011. Stefan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Green Technology at Scottish Rural University College (SRUC) from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, Stefan M. furthered their education by obtaining a Galileo Masters Certificate in Renewable Energy Management and Finance from the EU Energy Centre.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stefan M. also holds several certifications. Stefan became an Energy Institute Associate Member (AMEI) in January 2018, obtained a Driver's License from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in July 2012, and achieved the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in June 2010.
