Senior EUC Engineer at Ofgem

Stuart Pollock's work experience begins in 2015 when they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Graduate. In this role, they worked as a Peripherals Solutions Architect and Software Assurance Tester, ensuring that packaged software was correctly configured for the live environment. Stuart also engineered peripheral devices for use in the live environment. Stuart worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise until March 2017.

In 2017, Stuart joined Ofgem as an IT Service Desk Support Analyst, providing support to the company's IT service desk. Stuart held this role until December 2019.

Following their time as a support analyst, Stuart transitioned to the role of Digital Workplace Engineer at Ofgem in December 2019. In this role, they worked until January 2023.

Finally, Stuart took on the position of Senior EUC Engineer at Ofgem in November 2022, which they continue to hold.

Stuart Pollock's education history begins with their time at Balfron High School, where they attended from 2002 to 2008. During this period, they did not obtain a specific degree or focus on a specific field of study.

After completing high school, Stuart Pollock enrolled at West College Scotland, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing Technical Support. Stuart attended from 2009 to 2011.

Stuart Pollock then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the University of Strathclyde. From 2011 to 2015, they studied Computer Science and earned a BSc Honours degree.

In addition to their formal education, Stuart Pollock obtained several certifications. In April 2011, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In January 2016, they also received the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from ACQUIROS, Inc.
