Thomas M.

Thomas M. has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Thomas started working at British Gas in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Audit Team Manager, where they stayed until 2016. After that, they joined ACCESS LLP as an Audit, Risk, and Quality professional from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to 1Call Direct as a Campaign Manager, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they work as an Operations Manager at Ofgem, starting in April 2022.

Thomas M. attended North Glasgow College from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a National Qualification in Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Eastbank Academy from 2002 to 2006, where they received Standard Grades in English, Maths, Computing, Geography, Religious Studies, and Accounts.
