Tom Handysides

Tom Handysides is a strategy and policy leader with extensive experience in climate change and infrastructure policy. They have held various roles, including Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem, where they focused on smart metering and sustainable energy projects. At Ofwat, Tom served as Principal Strategy and Policy Advisor, managing interdisciplinary teams and leading significant regulatory assessments. Currently, Tom leads strategy for Future Retail Markets at Ofgem and has previously contributed to climate adaptation efforts for the UK government.
