Tomasz Glaszewski

Tomasz Glaszewski has worked as a Senior Process Developer at Ofgem since April 2023. In this role, they have undertaken projects involving digital technologies and data structures. Tomasz has reviewed and improved existing developments, addressed structural issues, and proposed a shift to modular application design. Tomasz has also demonstrated the potential of data type conversion techniques and ensured standardization of data formats in the SharePoint database.

Prior to working at Ofgem, Tomasz worked at McLaren Automotive Ltd from July 2018 to April 2023. Tomasz started as a Production Team Member and later became Line Quality. In their roles, they have been involved in various responsibilities including problem-solving projects, optimizing processes through a business plan and Six Sigma project, implementing containments, reviewing and updating process steps, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, training apprentices and co-workers, raising quality issues, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and assembling components. Tomasz has also shown a commitment to safety, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Tomasz Glaszewski completed their Master's degree in Advanced Materials and Additive Manufacturing at the University of Derby from the year 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Lubelska between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the Data Science Fundamentals from HyperionDev in August 2023, the Member (MIET) of the IET from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in January 2023, and the TUM Yellow Belt Certificate from the Technical University of Munich in March 2021.
