Frank Muthing

Frank Muthing is an experienced professional in environmental regulation and project management, currently serving as a permit issuer at OFGV | Omgevingsdienst Flevoland & Gooi en Vechtstreek since September 2019, focusing on Omgevingswet and IPPC permits primarily in waste, energy, and food sectors.
