Ankit Kala

Ankit Kala, FRM, currently serves in the Internal Audit department at ofi since June 2022, focusing on independent assurance across Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury functions, while also assessing ESG preparedness and developing an ESG Audit strategy. Prior to this role, Ankit spent a decade at Credit Suisse, advancing from Assistant Vice President positions to Vice President, where responsibilities included portfolio risk management and the establishment of risk reporting frameworks. Ankit began the career at ICICI Bank, initially as a Risk Management Intern and later as a Risk Manager, implementing Value-at-Risk models and backtesting protocols. Ankit also gained experience through a summer internship at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and as an Associate Consultant at Zillion Education Services. Ankit holds a PGDIM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science.
