Chuck Hu graduated from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Food Science and Engineering. With over ten years of experience in the food industry and food service, they currently serve as the Commercial Head for Cocoa China at ofi since 2022. Previously, Chuck held positions as Sales Manager for Cocoa China at Olam and Technical Sales Specialist at Wilmar International.
