Daniel Espinoza

Daniel Espinoza is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various chef roles. Currently serving as Corporate Chef at ofi since January 2021, Daniel focuses on creating innovative blends, recipe development, and staying active with food trends. As the Chef and owner of Santa Masa Tamaleria since April 2020, Daniel offers a menu featuring vegan base masa tamales, including classic, sweet, and special varieties. Daniel also engages in the underground dining experience at Anomar X Santa Milpa since September 2014, providing a unique, never-repeated menu accommodating all dietary restrictions. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc., where Daniel developed recipes for a Tex Mex concept, and Chef at Univision Communications Inc., showcasing recipes for a broad audience. Daniel's diverse career includes notable positions such as Catering Chef at Ravinia Festival and Chef De Cuisine at Dinner Lab Inc., with foundational training in Culinary Arts from Kendall College.
