Duncan Smith

Duncan Smith serves as the Country Head and CFO at ofi, overseeing growth initiatives in the AU/NZ region since January 2022. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Olam, managing a global finance function for various agricultural products, and Financial Controller for Queensland Cotton, focusing on procurement and processing. Duncan's experience as Commercial Manager at Australian Agricultural Company included driving commercial improvements and implementing accounting standards across the business. Prior finance leadership roles at OSI International Foods and Fresh Start Bakeries involved strategic financial reporting, treasury management, and operational improvements. Duncan began a career in finance at PwC as an Auditor, after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Griffith University and furthering education at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
