Ed Dudley

Ed Dudley is an accomplished professional in the food science industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation at ofi since January 2024. Previously, Dudley held the role of Director of Technical Innovation and Analytical Chemistry at Griffith Foods from 2013 to January 2024, leading teams in the development and commercialization of novel materials and processes. Other notable positions include Director of R&D, Technical Services, and Regulatory at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc., Director of R&D at FMSS, Director of QA and Product Development at Federated Group, Inc., and Sr. Manager of R&D at Barilla. Dudley began a career in product development as Manager of Product Development at Sara Lee Bakery. Expanding expertise through education, Dudley earned both BS and MS degrees in Food Science from Cornell University, complemented by studies in marketing.
