John Martin is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation at Olam Food Ingredients since March 2021. Previously, John held several key positions at PureCircle, including Vice President of Global Technical Development and Innovation and Sr. Director of Technical Development and Innovation, where John aided the company's growth from a startup to an industry leader. John also has extensive experience with Farley's & Sathers Candy Company as Director of R&D, where significant R&D consolidation was achieved through mergers and acquisitions.
