From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Bayes Business School. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. in Directing from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2003-2004. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Loughborough University, where they earned a First Class B.A. Hons degree in Drama from 2000 to 2003. Jono also has additional certifications in various areas such as leadership, product ownership, and professional development.
