Li Xuan Foo

Li Xuan Foo has over a decade of experience in international tax, currently serving as Head of Tax at ofi since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing international tax matters and leading tax strategy. Previous roles include Manager of International Tax at Olam from August 2018 to April 2021, and Tax Manager at Wilmar International from February 2014 to July 2018. Early career experience includes positions as Tax Consultant and Audit Assistant at EY from August 2010 to December 2013. Li Xuan Foo holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honors) with a Minor in Risk Management and Insurance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2010.
