Max Kania

Max Kania is currently a Senior Manager of Strategic Investments and Business Development at ofi, focusing on corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy. Previously, Max held the position of Manager of Corporate Development and M&A at Valeo Foods Group and worked as an Investment Associate at ARIA, a small cap growth equity fund. Max also gained experience as an Executive in Transaction Services at EY and as a Senior at Smith & Williamson. They hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southampton and are pursuing the ACA designation with first time passes.
