Michael Hatfield

Michael Hatfield serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas at ofi, overseeing legal matters across North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean, while managing a team of nine legal professionals. Previously, Michael was the General Counsel at 1WorldSync, where oversight included global legal issues such as M&A and compliance, and led multiple projects that expanded the company’s reach. Michael’s prior experience includes significant roles at Mondelēz International, Kimberly-Clark, Banta Corporation, and various law firms, with expertise in corporate governance, commercial contracts, and environmental law. Michael holds an MBA in International Business and a J.D. from Marquette University and a B.A. in History and Philosophy from Illinois Wesleyan University.
