Prosper Agyapong is a sustainability officer for ofi, where they focus on cocoa purchasing and the sustainable training of farmers to enhance productivity and improve livelihoods. Previously, they served as a cocoa/cashew sustainability supervisor for the same company. Prosper studied agricultural extension at an agricultural college from 2018 to 2022 and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Cape Coast, expected to graduate in 2024.
