Ron Archer

Ron Archer has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles, currently serving as the Head of Maintenance at ofi since May 2021. Previous positions include Engineering and Maintenance Director at Golden Krust from June 2020 to January 2023, Assistant Maintenance Manager at Bentley Laboratories from August 2018 to March 2020, and Mechanic at Excelsior Medical Corp. from November 2013 to March 2017. Earlier in the career path, Ron worked as an Enhanced Team Leader at GlaxoSmithKline from 2006 to November 2013 and as a Maintenance Technician at Lysol / Reckitt Benckiser from 2003 to 2006. The foundational experience includes serving as a Logistics Manager in the United States Marine Corps from June 1984 to November 2001. Ron holds a certification in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Eastwick College and an electronic engineering degree from DeVry University.
