Tom Oldfield is an experienced professional in sustainability and humanitarian sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability Data & Methodologies at ofi since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was the Chief Sustainability Officer at TRACT Sustainability Measurement, where leadership involved guiding a team of experts in various sustainability domains. Tom's extensive experience includes serving as Head of Sustainability for Olam and working on a joint venture project, as well as holding positions in research development, humanitarian efforts, and electronics engineering. Tom holds a PhD in Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable Energy and Green Technology from University College Dublin, along with a BSc in International Disaster & Engineering Management from Coventry University.
